Veteran's Day Parade  Nov 11

Dickens Festival  Musicians and actors from the Florence artist community will be found strolling through town; and Tiny Tims, (wearing festival badges), will collect for charity.   Merchants will be dressed in Victorian period costumes and stores will be decked in their finest holiday trimmings.   The public is encouraged to vote on the best merchant windows and costuming, by dropping a ballot in the box at The Siuslaw News
